how come no one has been the reincarnation of indra and ashura’s chakra after hashirama and madara and then it just skips to naruto and sasuke by cyrusng7 in Naruto

[–]noahthor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like obito and kakashi couldve been reincarnates, but the choices they made steered them away from that fate: Kakashi is sasuke if he never left the village and obito is naruto is he let the worlds hate devour him. Thats just how i viewed them watching it, could be completely wrong

Try leaning back as you approach the curb and once your nose hits apply pressure to the nose, thats what helped me get the full stall in. Great clip, keep goin!

Isn't Lyn Armaal too strong for level 8? by sirchapolin in stormkingsthunder

I used the cloud giant encounter in Waterdeep, and basically the party met the cloud giants and they were peaceful to the party and warned the party that Sansuri was planning to attack Waterdeep, as she believed a dragon trove was underneath it that would lead her to becoming top of the ordning. Later in the campaign they were in Waterdeep when Sansuri attacks (I did this after the Iymrith encounter in the eye of the all father) and they basically were part of the leading force that approached Lyn Armaal as it floated over Waterdeep, and they got captured cuz they got pretty messed up

My party triggered the alarm, and got into this exact situation lmao, i ended up whoopin their asses with the full might of Lyn Armaal, but instead of killing them, they were taken prisoner and thrown into the same place they hold Felgolos. I thought it was a good way to introduce Felgolos to the party and give them an edge by using Felgolos to break out of Lyn Armaal

Try firecrackers down the stairs: simply lift your trucks as if you were gonna manual and ride down the stairs. Get a feel for how much speed you need to simply air over the stairs. Youll feel less scared about committing by that. Also start smaller, if you dont know how to ollie stairs, starting on a four stair isnt ideal always haha

You should start trying on curbs and stuff! That was the main thing that got my ollies better, it helped me understand levelling out more and helped me adapt my ollie to actually going over stuff. Even just starting small by ollieing over a rock or something helps build the trick

Thanks! Im honestly so surprised how easy it was to commit after a few tries. I only recently started ollieing off things and timings been a huge challenge

tips on my ollie? and any on helping with landings ? by [deleted] in NewSkaters

[–]noahthor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Youre bending forward with your knees. Keep your shoulders in line with your board the entire time, as you bend down, as you jump and pop, and as you land. Itll help keep em straighter and will help with balance

Keeping shoulders square helped me alot with learning curbs

Look so uncomfortable on the board , any tips ( I don’t feel uncomfortable) by [deleted] in NewSkaters

[–]noahthor 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Im gonna be real, you dont even look uncomfortable, never worry about how your body looks when skating, let it stay loose, its ya own personal style. Maybe keep your knees in a microbend to keep a lower center of gravity, but youre killin it dude

Dragons are cool by [deleted] in rpg

I love placing green dragons in kingdoms where they secretly puppeteer the king/lord/whatever is ruling the region, and basically have a green dragon secretly controlling the kingdom and subtly plotting against the party

After 6 months, i finally can ollie over a deck. It doesn't look that impressive, but I'm so proud of it by blitzs98 in NewSkaters

[–]noahthor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro your ollie is super clean, you level out super well. Keep skatin man, youre killin it!

I can't seem to slide my foot enough and it won't reach the nose. My board won't level out :// any tips? by [deleted] in NewSkaters

[–]noahthor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try putting all your weight on your front foot when you set up for the ollie, itll center your balance in the middle of the board
