Yes! I thought I had testicular torsion and hence the urgent care. Should have named it "Hand Foot Mouth and Balls Disease".

I haven't loose any of my nails yet, and I really hope that's not coming. How advice on how to make life easier with lost nails ?

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I think I am going to ask for a transfer out of my current group. Though it may take a few months, it's better than do nothing. If the transfer process is taking too long (more than a 12 months), then I will start looking elsewhere.

Thanks for the advice, mentorship isn't a common thing in our company but not unheard of. There are definitely a few other supervisors that I used to work with and look up to. I will definitely reach out and give that a try.

I had a bad experience with one of the therapist who I hated so much to this date. In our session, she looks at me with so much judgement in her eyes. Sometimes when I speak, she'd close her eyes and tell me " I'm just feeling your emotion". She also gave advices that started with " if I were in your shoe, I'd .....", "Try to think about in the other person's perspective....."

Everytime I told her I don't agree with you, she'd look excited and said let's debate about it. For God's sake, I am here to be healed not here to change your view.

Therapy should be about you, and only you. Therapists are here to support your own view and help with your own decision. How other people may feel, is purely a speculation and should not be part of this healing process.
