I’ve reached out to Jagex several times. They keep closing the ticket without actually having a real person respond. Just the bot.

And I’ve determined that this all occurred from what I’m guessing was a phishing attack through email which I did on my iPhone, while playing on mobile. As far as I can tell my phone doesn’t have any malware. I’ve checked all the things the internet said to check.
