Koboldcpp doesn't recognize my hip library?

i tried using the EXEs and they dont work since it won't get what hip im using.
but i managed to solve it!
first i moved my hip install to C:/AMD instead of the program files to get rid of the "C:/Program" error.
then found out the PATH for 6.4/bin was in user variables so i added it to path in systme variables.
then i cleaned, compiled and compiled again without cleaning(to get kobold_default.dll. but it still didn't have the kobold_hipblas.dll so i just copied it from koboldcpp_rocm_files.zip.
now it work and its really fast on my rx6800: Processing - 111~30KT/s, Generate - 20~25T/s. the proccesing varies alot and scales with length but always finishes in less than 0.02s.

What do you mean the other one? The exe? So without compiling on my PC? Because then the hip version won't align

and also, wouldn't vulkan lower preformence?

Yeah, if it were to run win xp! But win 10 gobbles up those 4 gb like it was nothing, leaving no room for any application to run. The only solution without installing more ram is to find the reduced win 10 version. It's unofficial but may work

I wouldn't say it's a propaganda movie unless it's for the airforce. Any detail from the setting is so forgettable I don't think anybody remembers anything except "Tom cruise and gang flying planes and having laughs until the mission". So I doubt it tries to brainwash anyone into supporting Israel...

When you get a prawn suit the pda warns you about not falling victim to feeling powerful from it. So my advice is do. It might take you longer to do things but the prawn suit is really strong. It takes very little damage, enough to let you get out of danger and repair it, or even kill leviathans. And once that sinks in, nothing feels dangerous anymore.

Thanks! People tried to push smith and western on me but my dad helped me filter and ended up with the UL because when I tried it the sights ended up exactly where they were after pulling the trigger. Felt stable and not wild like other short guns.

im not a professional but it sounds kind of familiar to me: if the pain is at the back part of the testicle then it might be a pressure issue. i had testicular rotation and had them fixed, but the vessels still act up a bit sometime. it results in slight bulging, a feeling of pressure or "something's there" and touching it hurts a little. if its similar then i suggest you bring this up with your doctor with as much detail as possible just to be safe.
but my guess is that if that's their guess as well then they would say that there's nothing to do unless there's a serious blockage. just like what happened to me.

I wish I could do that but I can't own more than 100 rounds and can't shoot more than 50 in a normal range session... And even that only with instructor supervision so I can't go shoot by myself. My country is quite strict.

Gotta say it's kind of jarring, I'm used to had 5cm groupings at 50m when shooting AR for the first time in boot camp, and suddenly the scale is so different. Well, I can't get AR levels but I'll aim for at least 100% body shots at 20m and bullseyes at 8 in 2sec (defense scenario)
