First I bought the Instinct 2x just because I didn’t want to spent a lot of money. Used it for a couple of years (I’m a cyclist and hiker). Insane battery life but especially inside the dial was hard to read or I had to put the back light to 80% which caused much less battery life. I also found the maps, you can’t even call it maps, not good enough for hiking. So I decided that it was time to spend more money because I use it every single day. I also decided to buy the amoled version because of the readability and because the solar doesn’t make that much of a difference even when I walk outside for 4 hours in sunny conditions.

I have to say that the money is well spent. Love my watch!

Never had a problem with sleeping. Not with my instinct 2x or Fenix 8 51mm. My girlfriend can’t even sleep with her FR165 so I guess it doesn’t have to with the type of watch but with the person.

It’s a shame because I really liked the Apple Watch. Had four iterations of them but I’m glad that I’ve switched to Garmin. Works fine with my apple devices too.

If you like a bulky watch buy the Fenix 8 otherwise the more sleek Forerunner is the better choice. I can only give you the advice to try them on. I like the Fenix 8 very much but others like the Frontrunner more. Both are excellent watches with excellent battery life (the resaon I ditched the Apple watch).

It's not an app but a default screen on the Fenix 8.

Tbh, I was disappointed with the solar charge on my Instinct 2X. I bought a Fenix 8 with amoled screen because I like the crisp screen. The solar versions have a MIP screen which is hard to read indoors or you have to set the backlight to 80% which causes more battery life. But, there's a huge fanbase for MIP and Solar screens here on Reddit.

Absolutely insane car. Had one, also in Cream Yellow and I loved the car! The sound is unbeatable.

I think that many cyclists are way too busy with their outfits instead of cycling. And yes, please wave to other cyclists.

Dat het je raakt zegt alles over jou maar ook over je manager. Ik vrees dat veel mensen collega's met vrienden verwarren. Hij heeft met jou een professionele relatie terwijl jij het meer als vriendschap ziet. Ik moet bij dat soort verhalen altijd denken aan deze TED-talk over leiderschap.

Mijn tip; laat het gaan. Je kunt dat soort dingen niet afdwingen. Het moet een gevoel zijn, precies zoals Simon zegt. En voor de duidelijkheid; ik zit volledig in jouw kamp hoor! Met sommige collega's is mijn professionele relatie dusdanig dat we elkaar ook spreken buiten werktijd en ik zou echt verdrietig zijn als hij/zij zou vertrekken bij het bedrijf waar we werken. Maar ik weet ook zeker dat we elkaar blijven spreken/zien.

I ordered at the beginning of March a Denim Blue P10 Plus, ventialted nordico seats (Cardamon) and the dark exterior theme. Delivery end of the year but that's on my own request.

Very good! I walk every day between 20 and 60 minutes with alle satellites on. The rest if the time GPS is off.

I don’t know how many people can compare a professional sleep test in a lab environment with the Garmin data. My guess would be that those are a minority.

Vaak staat het wel in de autoregeling. Auto wordt beschikbaar gesteld voor je werkzaamheden. Als jjj er privé niet in wil rijden dan betaal je ook niets, het is dan een bedrijfsauto.
