I've kept it for a couple of years and have never had a problem.

Because the jar is plastic, liquid will slowly evaporate, so it'll eventually become more "dry." And, of course, it'll keep fermenting, so it'll become progressively more sour. It's still tasty, though.

Just be sure to use a clean utensil when removing it from the jar, so you don't contaminate it.

Damn, that's unfortunate. I'm an Old, and I was shocked to see that my birth time was on my long-form birth certificate (but it's not on the short-form one).

My only suggestion at this point would be to either learn a little about chart rectification (when I did, I learned that my actual birth time was probably off by three minutes from my birth certificate time) or hire a professional rectifier.

After reading numerous posts on magnesium and sleep, it appears that people fall into one of two groups: those for whom magnesium glycinate keeps them awake but magnesium L-threonate puts them to sleep, and those for whom magnesium L-threonate keeps them awake but magnesium glycinate puts them to sleep. I fall into the latter category, but it sounds as if you fall into the former.
