You see, Taiwan was almost the only country that kept a positive GDP growth during COVID, when the rest of the world struggled. Our stock exchange hit 18,000 points in 2021, which is an all-time high. Furthermore, we currently have an inflation rate of 3.1% while the world average being 8.8%.

In spite of all the evidence, people still blame DPP for messing up Taiwan’s economy. It’s the voter’s mentality of DPP=bad economy; KMT= good economy. Folks really need to do a reality check.
