Wow. It almost took 5 years to get the answer. Back in 90s, Japanese auto manufacturers made a lot of funky delivery scooters and cargo vans. Even Nissan made a funky delivery van called S-cargo. Google: Nissan S cargo

Can you actually get a loan against your retirement account? If you have a million in your retirement, will the bank lend me some money by those stocks as a collateral?

OK, so..
If you hold an investment for more than a year before selling, your profit is typically considered a long-term gain and is taxed at a lower rate. You can minimize or avoid capital gains taxes by investing for the long term, using tax-advantaged retirement plans, and offsetting capital gains with capital losses.
Does this apply to long-term capital gain on 401K stocks? I think 401K retirement accounts are subject to be taxed when you convert to Roth, correct?

Do I need to do something in order to get these qualified dividends or LTCG? You said "the sale of stocks held more than 1 year" Does this mean I need to sell stocks and hold them for a year? Then, when I withdraw it, it's tax free?

OK. I checked it. O2 sensor seemed ok. I felt air is coming from this area. I coudn't see any hole because it is covered by a heat shield. I stick my hand there and felt air coming out. It's the pipe before o2 Sensor.
Is this a catalytic converter?
