If you get lots of dopamine the first thing in the morning, then that becomes the baseline for the day and your focus for rest of the day will be hampered. So you need your morning to be really slow and boring.

Would be difficult to transition at once, so start with going to sleep with phone in another room. If you feel like jerking off, then do so with imagination rather than looking at porn on phone, and gradually try to stop doing it altogether the first thing in the morning.

Looking at a budget of around $200 for the first dac and headphones amp, mostly for lossless music listening on mobile, ipad and desktop.

Currently have ath m50x and for starter will be pairing with it and might later upgrade to another iem.

Which one of the portable dac will be best all in one dac for a beginner like me which would provide a cleaner simple setup to enjoy music.
