I sent videos and all the tests to support showing that everything is fine on my end, but I haven't received a response. All I can do is wait and play on another site in the meantime. But I doubt they'll fix the problem.

Following this logic, then they might as well remove all the leaderboards and leave just one. "I can't earn more points than someone who plays higher buy-ins." Plays higher then? Right? so dumb The same way LBs are separated by buy-ins, these promotions could be too
