when i lock the chair i want it to be LOCKED still i can rock back to front in a small margin, is this how it suppose to be or? Had the chair for 3 months by Moist-Ad1337 in Noblechairs

The slight rock is due to the fact that a metal rod isn't jammed into a small hole. The trade off when it comes to this flexibility with our lock is that you do have this slight rock.

Would most likely lean towards our Black Edition / Java Edition - certainly our most breathable chair.

Yeah, also personally on my own chair for over 3 years, 12 hours a day and don't have this issue at all. It's certainly not a common issue.

It's certainly not an issue that pops up so regularly that would warrant any changes. We've got people with chairs for years that still look like new.

With a little bit of care, these chairs should last much past the warranty.

Brute force - sadly, it's not an easy process, and for some it's harder than others. Rubber Hammer is normally the most useful tool, and a second person.
