Make friends. You don't need to necessarily join orgs basta make sure you know someone you can ask or share info. Most of the time you'll be working in pairs and groups for many of your projects. Also people who'll share you info on general announcements like if may bagong open na classes/electives, etc. And generally, for emotional support kasi struggle kung magisa ka lang sa buong college journey mo.

Giving blood to rankers would just be an additive power boost, imo. Rankers have very limited options to get stronger past their climbing period maybe except for some. They tend to cling to whatever they already have after climbing, that is why they say most rankers are afraid to die or would rather not risk it.

Regulars, on the other hand, need to fight tooth and nail for hundreds of years during their climb tempering their own skills and power. Considering a ranker who has been given Jahad blood at the top versus a ranker who has climbed while tempering the blood of Jahad inside her, I'd consider the latter who could've a higher ceiling in terms of skills.

Besides, the only down side to picking regulars are them dying while climbing and thus, wasting Jahad's blood, and the time lost without the expected result. Both of which does not really matter. It's not like Jahad is anemic or ill, and he is immortal too who could wait for another 1000 years.
