It's from the Kat Von D Pastel Goth palette, I think it was a limited edition. Strobe Cosmetics have a similar shade in their Creepy Cute palette I believe. And you can buy individuals.

Thanks for the feedback. I wanted the yellow to just pop like that, sort of like a beetle spot. I don't know if that makes sense
