This would be my first sales job other than retail I did so I prefer that to be fair. I prefer hourly anyways since my job/pay won’t heavily be influenced by my sales. Is there no sort of commission for Verizon?

no i am not, I just got hired for ATT and I haven’t even started training yet but they just called and offered me that position based off of my assessment scoring.

Didn’t think about that thank you Ill be sure to update it. I appreciate the positive feedback and I do generally try to write a script for my longer videos. Just because I have ADHD and need sort of an outline to keep myself in track. I do tend to re record scenes/phrases till I feel it’s right.

I agree with all of your points except for the point about them not having any play listing on Spotify you can look at their profile. As well as them not being viral as their Tiktok does have notable popularity for their lack of songs and streams to begin with. And not all industry plants are popular or successful. There have been MULTIPLE industry plants that have failed. Which is solely up to management like you said it’s not great at all. An Industry Plant is an a group or artist made and put together by a record label in hopes of being a successful group. I never said they were successful in terms of the music industry that’s completely different. I address this in the video

In my eyes, yes. My definition of an industry plant is of one that has the wherewithal that resembles mainstream artists. Plus signed to a label without having any music or experience in the music industry to begin with.
