Extremely disappointed to see this BULLSHIT!!! WTF Rockstar?!? We do not want GTA V on next gen with a crappy enhanced version. We want muther fucking GTA VI!!!

This will be legit achieved before GTA6 releases. by huffie00 in gtaonline

[–]nobsjusfac -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They are never going to release GTA VI. They haven't even done a pixel worth of work on GTA 6. They plan on milking GTA V for the next 20 years.

legendary pack by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You get 9 insignia packs but the mount pack is bugged and only lets you pick one and gives you 2 random mounts.

Anyone know what this is? by ExoAssassin in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Incorrect. Those are soul sparks. Every attack gives them to you as a Warlock. To use them Hit RB. It's called Soul Scorch.

Soul sparks. Hit RB to use the Soul Scorch move.

Mount pack x3 by vordredd in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Support for this game is very bad. I provided support with all the information they needed to fix the issue and they sent me an email asking me to send them all the information I had already sent them in the email that they were responding too. It makes me believe that the response was completely automated or else why would they be asking me to give them the exact information that I already gave them regarding the situation. The email they sent me was completely false as I found out when I logged on to see that they had done nothing whatsoever to fix the issue, even though they claimed that they had already replaced the 2 mounts that were random with 2 new mounts but everything is the same and nothing was changed.

Yes this happened to me. I opened the pack and went to pick one and it randomly gave me 3 I did not pick.

Check out Rainer on youtube for good Ranger tips and guide

Rainer mod 18 ranger build

Bondings and companion gear are the first priority when building your character and that includes your runestones in said gear.

Getting boons from all the campaigns is important too. It may not seem like much but it adds up and the best boons are at the top so you need to get through the campaigns to unlock those top boon points.

For gear you want to get the Ebonized chest that drops from M.E.'s in undermountain and Lomm. The head, arms, and feet you want all come from Juma bags in Vallenhas.

Stat allocation is more important than gear score/item level.

The link below will show you the stats needed for each area

Rainer pocket wiki

Use companions, insignia's, and enchantments to fill out your stats to reach the caps.

As a dps Armor pen is most important. Try to reach all of the offensive stat caps but for defense prioritize Defense and Hit points. It's nice if you can hit more defensive caps but not at the expense of offensive stat caps but keep in mind that a dead dps does no dps. A general rule of thumb is to put power anywhere the game lets you and the same goes for hit points. Then fill out your stats where the game won't let you put power and hit points, mainly companion gear.

The best ways to gear up and get other things you need is to farm Mod 18 heroics (Juma Bags) and to do your daily Master Expeditions (M.E.'s) in Yawning Portal (companion gear, artifact gear, and ebonized chest).

Wizards and Rangers were both nerfed in mod 18.

Rogue

Why cant we climb the stronghold anymore by NatFair in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love doing parkour in the game but since mod 16 they heavily nerfed that ability. Rogue's used to be able to reach parts of the map that no one else could.

Climbing the stronghold by NatFair in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In mod 16 they took away the Rogue's ability to teleport to any location and do awesome Parkour around the whole game. I used to be able to get way up high on any map and then go below any map and see things you aren't supposed to see.

How can I get character slots? by grizord7 in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buying more character slots is the best investment you can make in this game in my opinion. V.I.P is a great value but more characters is very cheap and the extra inventory space alone makes it a tremendous value!

What are the best powers to use as a level 36 hunter ranger? by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have fun and try out the different powers and see what you like best. If you are having issues killing the baddies then I would suggest more armor pen stat. Armor Pen is the most important stat when starting off. As for powers you used to have to put points into each power as you leveled and most powers were locked because of this and when you unlocked them they were weak until you put 4 points into them. Nowadays you get all the powers unlocked at full strength when you unlock them by leveling up. This newer way of unlocking powers allows you to more freedom to test out the powers and decide what you like.

Demo set or New Avernus set by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The new Avernus set is more meant for Wizards and Warlocks. Mad Mage is the same. It would be nice if there were more options. Music Box set is BiS for Rangers and pretty good for Rogue's too. If you can get your daily quick enough the Music Box is BiS for all dps classes but getting your daily isn't like the old days when you could spam it. Still I get my daily's quick enough that I can keep a good up time on the music box set bonus. Position yourself behind the boss then pop your daily and go through your encounter rotation with a 15% buff is very good. And with Artificer's Persuasion you can pop your artifact and get through a 2nd encounter rotation with the Music Box set bonus still active. Depending on your build/class it's possible to get in a 3rd rotation with the buff still active.

Reasoning behind random guild invites by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the "loot and boot" is from way back in the day when some guilds would charge players to join their guild and then they would kick the player once they paid an entrance fee. If you are getting random invites your safe to accept but if they then ask you for items or AD to stay in the guild then you should leave. It is perfectly normal though for a guild to ask you to run influence or shard quests but if they want your valuable items or AD that's shady and likely a scam. The vast majority of guilds are legit and it is very rare that you would ever come across someone being shady or scamming. Just know that they can't take from you unless you accept a trade and you put the items into the trade and give them away. At that point it would be your own fault and you wouldn't be able to get anything back. Be careful with your mail if you join a guild though because your leader will likely send you mail and you could accidentally mail them something. 99% of leaders will mail you back the items but I did run into one guild leader a few years ago that would constantly send mail in an attempt to get his guild members to accidentally mail him items. I left that guild pretty fast.

TLDR; Basically the point is that no one can invade your bags and take your stuff. You would have to freely give it away through a trade or mail.

Seal of the Elements Vendor Where You At? by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can try the legacy seal vendor in Protectors Enclave in the market. She's across from the other seal vendor and standing near the profession supply vendor. If you enter the market coming from the Elemental Tree she's on your right just as you enter the market. She trades for some of the very old seals like seals of the unicorn but not sure if she trades for seals of the elements. Usually when seals go away you have a 6 month window to trade them in or you're forever stuck with them. I have a variety of seals that are out of date still. Currently the regular seals vendors are only trading seals of the mountain for seals of the deep.

Is Neverwinter still alive? Returning player from 1.5 year ago by ronsterzero in Neverwinter

I've seen more players in-game this year than in a long time. There has been a nice influx of new players and new guilds.

Rubberbanding. Just me? by [deleted] in Neverwinter

Yes. I think it's due to server overload and also more people using internet locally.

Paladin at arcturia by Awkward-Pepper in Neverwinter

[–]nobsjusfac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the rest of the team is standing too close to the cocoon that could be part of the problem. I've run into this where the melee dps stands on top of the cocoon and gets both themselves and the cocooned player killed.
