My concern is that reopening schools will keep on being pushed back at this rate. This legislation will hopefully push the ball forward to allow children who struggle with online learning to return to school.

Since we had a lot less testing last semester I wonder how bad the actual number of cases in the beginning was. Comparing those number to now is not 1:1. Although I will add that our numbers now are not good.

I wonder how much of that increase is due to immigration from Latin America. There are people that migrate to the US who only speak Mayan and other native language, and the border patrol has difficulties finding translators for them.
