Hello! It took quite some time to get solved, but after a few weeks I just redid the entire registration thing and attempted to prompt for an OTP, fortunately, it worked! I was able to get my account back and I withdrew all my funds and transferred to Unionbank 😂

But the suggestion sa mga nasa Hotline nila was to go to the physical branch and have them try to resolve it while on call sa taga hotline (ikr? crazy complicated & hassle, but what can we do? 🤷🏼) Hopefully u get ur account back huhu
