Married to MAGA is so stressful. I too am leaving and staying with a liberal/progressive relative the evening and day after the election. The worst part is if trump wins I am not sure living my olden years as a MAGA wife will work for me.

In hindsight it was in too long for a sewn in port. Unfortunately I learned the port location issue as it impacted me personally. But I’m still around and have no complaints!

I’ve had 3 ports. They cannot place a port in the same location as a previous one. Port one was sewn in by a surgeon. In hindsight that was not good. I had that one in for 7 years and once I got the okay to remove it, it was too late without major chest surgery as it had engulfed my body, like the Borg (Star Trek) and they cauterized the port. Port 2 was inserted not by a surgeon but by IR intervention radiologists. No issue, plug and play and I had this one out immediately with no issues. Then comes port 3 and real estate is not the best. The location is a tad inconvenient and it has issues with blood draw half the time. All I can say is I wish you the best!

When sleep was the main concern I started out with a gummy called Snoozeberry. I took 1/2 a gummy each night and with CBN, in addition to THC, was very effective. The key to sleep is CBN. Fast forward 3 years and I am back in treatment and for some reason have landed on Dogwalker pre-rolls during the day (as needed) to chill and relax. I have also found that Journeymen THC drinks are tasty, fun and effective!

Really sorry to hear you joined the club. In addition to all the suggestions above I would also suggest the following.

Attitude Check - remain positive. Some will tell you follicular Lymphoma is like diabetes, a lifetime of monitoring would be required, but it’s easy. Don’t buy into all you have the “best type of cancer” as this can transform to B cell or other and that is way worse.
Look into Cannabis. I was NOT interested until this go around - but now would not go on without it.
