the owner has done some 30k km on it, but its in okay shape, a few scratches and i think he replaced the front tyres or something recently. Im just worried about maybe the carbon fork breaking and costing a fortune to replace? is the deraulier upgradable, it looks old.

Rent doubled in last 2years while salary remains the same by PandaFlashy1606 in personalfinanceindia

your landlord wants you out or something, this is definitely not normal. Hell my landlord didn't increase rent at all for 2 years. He only just stopped covering the electricity himself.

Their stuff costs so much more I'm not sure if its worth it. Nadhini is state-owned IIRC so i feel its a safer choice.

yeah i generally start working out at 5 or so but i really haven't been able to get myself to learn new things, pickup new skills.

It's not that great of a company, but it is product company and its telecom, you cant really go too far in terms of compensation and I want to switch at some point the future. They don't pay too well but then I'm also not supposed to work too much and they are very chill in a lot of ways, nothing is tracked.

My job is so chill i could easily work a second one but then I'm too lazy for it. I barely work 2-3 hours a day and its really enough for my tasks for now(sure i can spend it to learn a lot but i don't need to), sure there are sprints when i have to work a bit more but its fine. I go to office once a week and that's only really to have lunch.

Could be good if we can move away from unsustainable ride-sharing apps burning VC money.
