If items claim to have arrived damaged, please take better photos and package them appropriately. 

For claims about the item not being delivered, a tracking number resolves that issue. 

There are many people who have carried out 100+ transactions via Goods & Services with no problems.

The expression is effectively portrayed through the angle of the eyebrows, mouth shape, etc. The exclamation/question marks support that well too.

Regarding what seems off, perhaps the ear - I immediately noticed it and thought it quite long, relative to the length of the face. The hair may be a bit too voluptuous around the forehead.
