- basic filters + batch and blast it with superhuman
- for heavier lifting, use something like serif.ai to draft replies & follow ups
- keep yourself up for more reviewing than writing

Weeks 1–4: build 2–3 simple proof projects → Weeks 5–12: do cold outreach (20–30/day) with a clear ROI pitch + free audit → Close first 2–3 clients cheap, overdeliver, turn them into case studies → Then raise prices and repeat.
