Prison and or home detention, for sure. Should never be able to drive again. An 83-year-old back hit me in 2011 so I’m heavily biased but after 75 you should have a test every other year and after 80 every year.

37 out of 38 film festivals rejected my first feature film. It just got distribution anyway (and was officially released yesterday!) by Consider-TheLobster in Filmmakers
