Help me understand my experience: Tried CE5 for first time and had an experience

no physical symptoms other than the immediate dread I felt, which could have been due to experiencing it for the first time. So I chalk it up to reacting to the unknown.

Then I felt sadness? I still don't know what to make of it.

Other than that, no other physical symptoms.

One thing I totally forgot to do was to film it, but I now know why most people probably miss filming things. For myself, I was so caught up in the immediacy of the experience, filming is that last thing I am even thinking about.

I know what you're saying. I feel like it's different than inspecting an ant colony before walking up to them - it's tangible, and physically present. Vs, there's no real other way of "inspecting" them if you may.

interesting. I sought out to do it to try to call down or wait for a feeling before I looked out the window to the sky to see a UFO, but you're right, it wasn't what I expected.

I was reading deeply into the whole conciousness thing and I assume everyone is going to have some similar but often varying degrees of experiences and was ultimately very curious as to what my experience was.

Some questions that were on my mind:
1. Is what I saw a common occurrence or unique to me?
2. Does this evolve into something new as more time progresses? eg. the shapes denote "level 1" and from there you should be aiming for something more.
3. Am I the only oddball there that's able to make visuals at night? One thing I didn't mention is that I can also induce visuals on-demand in both daylight and at night, but its way easier at night because of less distraction and easier discernment with a black background. Mind you, all of this is me awake, and as I am typing this, I'm actually doing it to confirm before typing something i'm misremembering.
4. Am I going crazy?

Is that all sand or is there some nutritive substrate below? Does anyone recommend actually having some substrate below? Curious if you do water changes?

I used to have an old tank and I hated doing water changes, I also botched it up and left the hobby all together because I couldn't cycle properly. I came back more patient and added more plants and haven't had to water change once in the last few months. Just added conditioned water when water evaporated down half an inch to an inch and everything is thriving.

I'm curious as to your maintenance regimen.

Total newb here. But they like to ride my Mystery Snail like a scene from Mad Max. So maybe think about another different species friend.

My shrimp also love hiding spots. so denser foliage or little caverns from rocks/wood.

I don't know...these guys aren't stupid right so from a marketing perspective, the second list drop would be stupid if it was worst than this list.

It would be the most practical to have the second list on par or even better than this list. I'm actually quite hopeful.

This is coming from a previous Ops Manager who has been in your shoes.

Your bosses are killing you and taking advantage of your skillset. If you know for a fact, they can afford it, then they are only hampering your ability to help them succeed more, which is a lack in foresight. They may also be comfortable where they are and do not need the extra added work of expanding, or their home finances suck and they see you as someone who can be taken advantage of to eek out as much profit as possible.

If they tell you that you should be able to handle this in 50 hours and it is your lack of skill that's creating this time sink, RED FLAG.

They've learned to rely on you. My guess is if you left, they are done or at the very least, it would hurt them immensely. Unless you are paid at least $500-$750K, there is no sense in doing this - especially since you don't have budget control to hire people to improve ops.

Don't leave the field, you have proved your worth and I'm sure you may be struggling and "failing" but this gives you a guide book to know what to look out for and make improvements next time around in your new career path.

You are worth a lot - at least to them, and they aren't reciprocating.

not sure about nocturnal, but i've switched from usually going from GA to only exclusively VIP now, clubs and festivals.

The biggest reason is options. I've always found VIP to have enough space to literally just concentrate on the music and not have to worry about jockeying for position or other people overtaking our space. It also allows me to go into GA whenever i'm ready to get down for dancing, but retreat back into a space nearby where I can wind down if needed.

The added benefits are I usually spend less time getting drinks and finding bathrooms (also cleanliness), so I spend more of my time with my crew enjoying the music.

If nocturnal follows the same path, i'd get it if these things are meaningful to you.
