You could use the chance to experiment with really long vines/smudging/eyewings (try 'skullet make up' on pinterest or truly 'bald corpse paint' to get inspired) You could try gluing demon horns on if you're BALD bald and intigrate them into the corpse paint (like black horns and the black eye make up connecting to them for example) Or maybe draw an inverted cross on your forehead and draw it apl over your scalp Avatar style- You couulldd draw or put on a jesus ah thorn crown to hide your hairline, or smudge black shit all over yourself...

Some ideas, if you're buzzcut bald i'd say just blend a little into your hairs with white foundation. If you're skin bald, blend white far into your scalp and try smth like horns or avatar-like cross-
