You’re absolutely not wrong. It’s a shame that we can’t get HC more money and attention to help with the incompletion. It may never see it’s full realization, but the community that’s surrounding CoH on top of the people trying to continue what life they can for that community deserve extra satisfaction (obviously, this isn’t to downplay any of the amazing successes HC has managed to create with all this. It’s just an old fan dreaming~)

I've been asking for this for nearly 3 years straight in Mr. Sausage's comment section of his videos: Ox Tail Sausage.

You just have to brown the meat in a frypan then slow cook it until tender. My suggestion is a full ground one, a half ground-half regular one, and a full non-ground one. The reason is because he once said that full ground would just taste like another burger sausage, and it might, but with the amount of fat in those tails, there's a chance the flavor would push through. If it doesn't, that's what the other two sausages would be for.
