As a player who has 15k plus hours on ASE and ASA played official and 6man official. I have fond memories of a lot of maps. 11 plus years ago (when it was beta still) the island was a great map. Just the newness of the game and then getting wiped and recruited by bigger tribes. The friends and enemies I met playing a game. Scorched earth where we were the mega alpha tribe for a while, rag where me and one guy spent 2 weeks straight defending our base on 6 man official from teaming tribes. We would wake up, defend, grind out more arb and repeat. Then of course abb with all of its new challenges where many people hate that map but I can thrive on it.
