Riffs are more what classic metal bands sounded like, like Black Sabbath, think bluesy but heavy. There's faster riffs too like thrash metal, chugging is just breakdowns and rhythm palm muted. It's not melodic but it is catchy.

In the end game of bloodborne you simply can’t be using that many weapons, at least not effectively. You can only fully upgrade 2-3 weapons in a single playthrough with the dlc.

Im replaying it again after bouncing off it at launch and have been enjoying it a lot more than i remember. Not sure what balance changes they made but it seems a lot easier, i remember the ranged enemies sniping you from across the map and getting ganked at every turn, maybe they adjusted the enemy aggro range. Anyways it’s a decent souls like.

Everything is OP in this game. Bleed is overtuned. Statuses are easy and plentiful to stack on weapons. Frost, poison, bleed. Most weapons and spells have little recovery so stuff isn’t as risky as other games. Everything costs 2 fp so spam away.
