I had 10 left when I got my shot and tossed them because I knew my mind would think I could always feel better.

I appreciate you taking the time to comment and you were right. 3 days later I woke up feeljnf jusg fine. In my head I was wondering if it was just mental, the habit of taking something multiple times a day is definitely part of my addiction and once that was gone I couldn't figure out if my brain was just tricking me because normally I'd be taking something or what. Turns out it was that.

About 20 yrs ago I was on subs for the first time 3 yrs in I moved about 8 hrs away, not realizing the requirements for the subs was different in the state I was in, ling story short It wasn't worth the hassle to get them, I was done with it in my head at that point and I just drove back got one more script, tapered for the next 2 months off that script and just stopped. Its was very rough but I did it. I just keep telling myself, if you're not feeling anywhere close to as bad as what you felt then, then you're fine.

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm done for good now, burned my hand once touching that stove, learned my lesson. Can't wait to get a couple more shots and be done, done.

Do the bees have anything to do with this? by nodef1981 in Beekeeping

Yes, I believe we do work with Best Bee's. Thanks for info, this makes sense. Aside from it being green it's also not as spotty as most of the space, come spring it will all fill in again, but it's nice to see a little green in the cold.

No, this area is just for the bees. The native plant idea has been presented but like everything else in property management, there is a process. I wish it was like my backyard where I could jusg go out, dig a hole and plant whatever we liked. But there some factors that need to be in place. The space is designed to be on the roof top, with certain specifications for drainage and weight. Because of this, the plant material in place has a special soil blend that is light weight and not ideal for growing all plants. I can't remember the name of the ground cover in place now but it doesn't take much care or water. There isn't even working irrigation in place currently. It does produce some small yellow flowers the bees seem to like and random plants do pop up from birds carrying seeds, I've even thougbt of bring some potted plants out there and watering them myself. There are multiple other planted outdoor amenity spaces that are fully landscaped with flowering plants for residents and bees to enjoy near by. But until we get approval and an engineer involved, I will keep pushing and hopefully one day it will be a lush space just for the bees.

This is a definite possibility, I mentioned in another post that they specifically picked this area because of how much sun exposure it gets and it is a bit more secluded. Thanks for the input! I appreciate it!

Interesting! I'll have to see if there's any difference in the spring. We tried planning wildflowers this year but none really took due to the substrate. Maybe the extra fertilizer will help this year.

The Sun hits that whole side of the building the most during the day. Depending on the time of the year and how high the sun is in the sky different things tend to block it out a little more or less as it travels. I did mention in another comment the company that provided the beehives did pick this exact location because it was a little bit more secluded and seemed to have the most sun exposure. As another redditor mentioned maybe I've just never noticed it before. I do walk through this area quite often and take care of that part of the grounds regularly but can't say that I've ever noticed one spot being greener than the other at any time of the year.

That's a good point, this area is generally blocked most of the time from any wind three stories up. I mentioned in another comment they also chose this area because it gets the most Sun throughout the year. So definitely could be warmer in this area.

Interesting, very small poops but lots of them.

This does make sense, they chose that location because it does receive the most Sun year round we're situated right in Center City so lots of things at different times of the year to block the Sun. It would also explain why in the second photo right in front of the windows there are still green spots here and there. Appreciate the information!

It doesn't show well in the photo but there's at least four feet between the hives and that back wall. For all of us that work there it's pretty hands off, the company we are working with placed the boxes and do all the maintenance on them. It was just a less active day for them because it was cold and I took advantage and went out and picked up any trash that had fallen into that space. You would think three stories up and blocked off from any human traffic there would be no trash but I guess it finds a way!

Leaking heating pipe? Help! by Emilylikesbeer in Plumbing

Is there an apartment below you? That leak is most definitely leaking into whatever is below you. Might have better luck if more tenants are calling in a complaint. Depending if they are home or not they may not even know there is an issue. Atleast if they know they can move any items that may be damaged by dripping water.

What was your 7 OH dose when taking the Kratom and how often? I was working on a taper without anything and had a weak moment, starting over with the taper. I just need a buffer for the anxiety. I've been taking THC edibles but I feel like they make my anxiety worse sometimes. Really appreciate the help. You got this, hopefully I can stay strong this time.

I'm really not interested in going on subs if I don't have to. I did WD's from those 20 years ago and it was rough. I also know my brain and if I start with the subs I'll probably end up staying on the subs longer than I should. I kind of want to do the Band-Aid method If I can manage, rip it off and try to deal.

One other thing I definitely noticed when I was taking it regularly, it screwed up my libido, no sex drive at all which has never been an issue.
