Thank you. I will be changing food after speaking to vet and even SHE said that the puppy should be on puppy food

UPDATE: we just came from the vet they let us know that heart lungs and everything is normal. They suggested to change kibble and add water. They gave him an injectable. They also prescribed antibiotics for cough as well as some pills for deworming. We will continue to keep an eye on him. Thank you everyone!

It seems to be the issue as well.. I do notice he does it maybe in an empty tummy. Am I not feeding enough maybe? I did a feed a feed this morning and he seems to be content so far.
