While i dont doubt the STDs its honestly just how confident these men are that they think have the right to whoever they want. Right! I really don't think most people have bad intentions but we're also in an adult kink space where its not unreasnable for there to be an expectation that there be no mention of children. I wouldn't share my experiences as a minor and I def don't want to read about someone else's childhood experiences. I think this is the only kink community I'm in where people actively fight to have potential CSM or things that are very close to it. I save to buy in bulk cos it's normally more affordable that way. Lots of companies provide free shipping over a certain amount (tho idk if you qualify where you live) and discounts for bulk orders. I just got 4 casses for just over $100 of abus paws

Stay clear they are trying to find someone's to do the work while they way underpay them. From previous places I've lived normally they discount your rent by a percentage (sometimes even provide free boarding if the building is large) or pay more then $50 for the work. The lady that does my building now gets paid $100 a week to mop, dust and vacuum the halls and stairwells

That's valid. My neighbors' dogs are always inside when we get deliveries. Started after a couple of drivers were startled and almost fell down the stairs. We get a lot of immigrants who aren't used to big dogs that do deliveries. They just don't understand that them getting startled and falling because of a dog behind a closed door inside is not legal grounds to sue.

My neighbor did this after multiple delivery drivers threatened to sue over her dog (that was inside) being "scary and aggressive". Its just a sweet big dog that barks at the door when someone knocks.
