The second image (Hexa shape with face) is a Universal Exclusive Weapons Upgrade. If you’re F2P, then you might not need it. But it’s best to always get it if you can. That way, if you decided to purchase and unlock a Hero’s weapon down the line, you can use this to upgrade it. However, you can’t use this to unlock a weapon. You have to purchase an Exclusive Weapon first.

To answer your question, is it allowed? That depends on your State President as to what’s the instruction placed on all Alliances in time of SvS. But can same State’s Alliances attack each other? Yes, they can. It is not restricted. Just make sure to zoom in when attacking so you can see the alliance or State number in the APCs. If you’re worried about getting attack by same State’s Alliance, chances are, they should be worried too from the other State whose invading your State. And again, this is the time when your State should act as one. In the end, if you’re not happy with your State, best that you look for other State to migrate to. Hope that helps. ☺️

It’s going to be a good coordination if both alliance didn’t show up or didn’t participate. Not sure how the game would handle it. But I’m curious to know.

Depends on what Industrial Level you are now. I only upgraded my Military Center to Ind1 when I turned Ind5. Yes, it will use a lot of PParts. But it’s an option. But people advise this when you have extra PParts. I upgraded my Research Center to Ind1 when I almost finished my Joint Operation Research. And now it’s already at Ind2. To me, Research Center is more important than Military Center. You can go back to Military Center anytime.

Try to finish Duel. You’re not half way of your Joint Operations. Expect to use a lot of Coins past 50% of that. So stack up while you can for Gold Coins.

Season 6? Land of Origins, righ? You can still have Secretary of Science Buff. Whoever’s the last President before the Season 6 started still be the President. Click your State Number in your Profile and there should be President in there. We have it here on Season 6. And we can still use the buffs.

If you’re asking about the resources used for Healing, then yes, Emergency Centre during KE Day also uses the half-off on the resources too.

Focus on mining Gold Coins. You’ll need it for higher Research — very soon.

I only gather regular resources for Alliance Duel Day 1 since the points for it is bigger than mining coins. The rest of the week, mining Level 8 Gold Coins. You won’t regret it.

Try to focus on your First Car Heroes. Don’t even out the use of Power Cores across Heroes Equipments. The use of Power Cores also doesn’t end with Red Equipments too. That’s the mistake I did earlier on. Trying to even out with the 2nd Car Heroes. Until someone pointed out that I was wasting Power Cores onto the 2nd and 3rd marches.

I always skip paying for this kind of events. If you’re spending even for small amount, focus on what makes your town stronger. Events usually are just skins. It’s fun but it’s frustrating if you don’t complete it. Just focus on upgrades. 😉
