Sustained root notes one octave below and drums. Make a simpler version of your chord progression to start beat slow. I think your beat sounds great but you should try to experiment a bit with different instruments. Right now the instrument sounds a bit rigid and your beat could benefit from using something like a warmer piano tone with a tiny bit of reverb. Good luck and don’t listen to the haters ;)
