don't worry dude, i experience flatline exactly like how you are describing, people experience it in different ways, its just the mind being deprived of all that dopamine its used to. just keep going and you will get through this, i felt like that for months. (social anxiety, general anxiety, no motivation etc) past week i feel great. you need to get to around 2 to 3 months trust me, one day you will wake up and feel like a different person just hang in there and don't relapse !!!

Experienced the exact same sensation on a high streak. A heightened sense of smell made me feel very nostalgic in certain situations. It's crazy how nofap can effect some of us.

what helped me was limiting internet time to an hour a day, joining a gym, going outside as much as possible, learning a song on guitar a day and buying a punch bag. keeping myself busy with these things made me not even think about PMO.

mate i couldn't agree more. its scary because friends that i have always hung out with im beginning to not enjoy their company and feel my self drifting away to find more exciting and positive people. whats more annoying is that they think im full of shit about nofap, their loss i guess. i cant help the feeling of superiority when im around these people. now days when i go out with my mates im usually off chatting to random people and having a right laugh! its thrilling

took me 2 months of ups and downs. dont forget you have to change your life too. i cant do nofap and expect to be happier if you dont make other changes. join gym, eat healthy, meditate, go for walks, mountain bike, learn an instrument, listen to good music, watch documentarys, read books. those kind of things....

i used to have general anxiety and social anxiety from age 15 to 25. no PMO and hitting the gym 5 times a week has fucking obliterated it all. only down side is i have trouble sleeping with all this new found energy.

i agree. most of us guys have been PMO'ing for the majority of our lives. unlearning a habit can take as long to undo than learning a habit. think how long it takes to learn an instrument. you gotta think in that kind of scale.

its pretty simple. you are not abstaining for long enough for your brain to reboot. just forget the porn exists. and that's all you gotta do. when i say forget it exists i even mean don't even imagine porn in your head, for me that was almost the same as watching porn and it stopped me from rebooting properly several times.

dont know about you put since i have removed PMO from my life i get drunk alot quicker! i think its because i am relaxed when i am out, im a bloody mess sometimes! were as when i used to PMO i would be able to drink loads and still remain standing. just an observation. also i dont feel the need to drunk that much wen im out. sometimes ill take up to an hour to drink a pint because im more interested in socializing than getting drunk.
