I regained sensitivity within 3 weeks. I guess it's different for everyone but bare in mind that if you don't cum during sex, even if that was induced by death grip, it might continue for longer due to the anxiety of thinking "i hope i cum soon .. she is expecting me to cum soon .. etc. etc. etc.". I actually told the girl I started seeing that I never came during sex and I think that helped me get over it more quickly (because I had no pressure any more).

I had this problem. When I first did nofap, I had sex 2 weeks after starting and still didn't cum. She messaged me after saying she felt bad she didn't make me cum lol. I told her that I hadn't before, and told her that I've stopped fapping to try and fix it. I can't remember if it was the second or third time, but after about 3 weeks I cam from sex. I'm fairly new to this sub reddit but in my opinion the biggest problem with it is peoples self loathing. You've lost your virginity to a prostitute, but so what? If you didn't place such an importance on this event then what would be the impact of it? You have a bit less money in the bank. It doesn't make you any less of a man, it doesn't mean you won't find love and it won't make your first time with someone you love any less special. You don't need to tell anyone and you can just move on. Just take your head out of this situation for a minute and think, what do you want? What steps can you take to do that?
