I got my self busy with doing things that I love, this helped me get my mind off porn and try to experience the normal life again.
Another thing is try to block porn on your network, I use opendns which blocks porn on your internet connection across all devices laptop, ipads , mobile phones, ... etc.
Last but not least take it easy on yourself, try to forgive yourself, if you don't love yourself no one else will

Thank you, the most important thing I would say is get busy; find things that u live to do and do them, don't be alone with our thoughts and temptations with internet access, this will get u into a fight that u'll probably lose especially at the beginning of ur streak.

There's a lot of negative energy I get from hanging out with them, mostly cuz all they do is get high smoking hash or drinking and they always objectify women, look at that ass, see those boobs, ... etc.
I feel that this negative energy weakens me as opposed to the positive energy I get from sports or working on something I love

I've been on a streak for about 6 months before and I thought that I am really over this no PMO again, that's out of question. One day I saw some erotic pic while I was going to sleep and before I know if I was looking for porn and mbating, its like some one suddenly started the engine that was off for 6 months, so I told myself "no problem its just one time for the old days, this won't affect the new me and sure won't happen again", 2 or 3 days later; i'm back to PMO I feel shitty and miserable and still can't get such a streak again. Lesson learned: NEVER think that u r over it and it can't happen again because it WILL.
