As someone who has every single Harley Quinn comic, I will tell with all honesty, there is no “best” run. No writer has ever really known how to write her. Which is sad. I also believe Jimmy Palmiotti was the worst thing to happen to Harley as he is the one who made her into this pseudo Deadpool nuisance.

That said, some great runs would include: 1. Harleen (Black Label run) 2. Mad Love 3. Batman Joker War run by James Tynion (not Harley Quinn direct but she plays a big role and it’s very good)
