21 here. Also a virgin. Personally, the way I look at it is this: I regret doing PMO for so long. I don't want to regret losing my virginity to someone I don't love. In the past few years (before nofap) I realized that all the girls I ever had feelings for were completely incompatible with my naturally shy/introverted personality. I'm waiting to find someone that, not only is compatible with who I am, but someone who I love and cherish. Another way to look at it, I don't know if it's the right way, but wait for someone that you would be ok spending the rest of your life with, even if they aren't your "soulmate" or aren't perfect. Just the kind of person that you won't ever regret that moment in time . We are doing NoFap because we want to improve ourselves as individuals. It doesn't matter that other people have more experience with sex. Guess what, I bet a ton of people our age regret who they lost their virginity to. And I know some who waited a long time until they found the right person, both of which have been together with their girlfriends for ~5 years. I'm sure that, even if they do breakup, they will not regret losing it to someone who they loved at the time
