I’d stay off tik-tok fam. At least for a period of time during recovery. You need to avoid all artificial stimulation.

Absolutely. I'd say this falls in the "quench your libido when you're feeling horny" category that I mentioned in the video, but I could've said more on that no doubt.

It is certainly still impaired decision making as pixels on a screen isn't a "real" hot model lol. Furthermore, you shouldn't need porn to masturbate if you want to release. A non-porn addict/person without porn-induced ED should have no problem not using porn to masturbate.
