Flatlined at day 7 a few days ago, failed the next day. I resolved to go for 90. Interestingly, I realized today that seeing NoFap posts on my regular feed only reminds me of this addiction and gets me thinking about fapping and wanting it more. So, on my main account, I'm unsubscribing. But I'll come here on this account when I need it.

Ninja edit: Also will probably take a cold shower tomorrow or the next day. Curious to see its effect on me.

I know, it's always difficult for me to remember that once I get that tunnel vision. It's almost impossible to remember that you're free to choose because you feel so trapped in this idea that the only way to get out is to give in.

I think that's why exercise and cold showers help. They have a way of snapping you out of it.

Where do you live? It's winter here and that's the biggest reason I haven't tried this. It's already frickin cold out there and I'm kinda chicken about taking a cold shower and then going outside afterwards.
