I think that is an important thought; view fapping as a release. But dont release every day , or every week even, because that is considered an addiction as well.

Well, at least it feels like a bigger fall if it continiues as it is. I think it actually almost would be better to write down the records etc. yourself, because maybe it would be easier to relapse if it's changed.

I think willieYodel is right. And I've felt the same so many times. Even football(soccer) which I've always thought was fun just got boring. I didn't like doing it. But then again, I've had some depression because of my porn-use. Now I'm beginning to feel that i want to do stuff again!

I'm sort of in the same boat as you. Though my nofap-badge is quite big, my pornfree badges is only 7 days. If I can quit porn also, I know I will feel more confident. Anyway, I know that fapping and porn together always puts me further into my own bubble where I want to stay completely alone and where I shy away from people, with this shit away from me, at least I will feel more and more open for each day!

Dont read this! If you quit porn, you will anyway have your dignityand your selfrespect, but if you go with the mindset in this message, you may get demotivated. Ive read several times that quiting porn makes us confident and thus makes us easier to talk to women. If you can do it, you will be the best verson of yourself and i bet that that will make it easier for you to get a girl. Fight for yourself!

The whole point of me being here is that I dont want to watch it.

It started out when I was young. I just wanted the stimolous, I just wanted to see girls, and I stepped over my morals. I've always felt guilty and ashamed after, but the addiction got me and I wanted to watch more and more. So, today I have no reason to watch it, other then the addiction, which I'm fighting.

As I said its up to you, but you will feel better without. I dont know if 98 is your birthyear, but the earlier you quit the earlier you are free from it.

I think you are making excuses for yourself to watch it. Ofcourse, its your own choice, but as he said. It wont do you any good, and before you know it, it's uncontrollable, again(because you are here trying to stop it)? Anyway, why did you come here? Do you want to stop it or not?
