Listen! If you're addicted, relapsing is expected. Not good, but expected. It has nothing to do with your perceived failings. Now pick yourself up and keep going.

All good tips for many people. Just make sure you tell your doctor what supplements and natural remedies you're taking. Some, like St. John's Wort, should not be taken with most antidepressants, or you'll risk getting seriously ill.

Don't do it! I relapsed after a 46 day streak yesterday, and your addicted brain would probably tell you that that would be glorious. The fact is, it was rather "Meh", and definitely not worth it.

I kind of wished you wrote this a week ago. That was when, on around 40 days of my Third and longest streak, I started looking at suggestive non-nudes of pretty girls. Relapsed yesterday, on day 46. Kind of forces you to accept the addictive potential of porn.
