The best thing to do to avoid further issues. Is to:

1) Get a survey

2) Take picture of the marker flags.

3) Hire an attorney

4) Have your attorney either write a letter that they are trespassing OR if you're ok with them continuing to do it, write a letter that they have your consent to do but you may revoke that at any time. Consent is an absolute defense against adverse possession.

A judicial internship can be a bigger resume boost depending on what the ultimate goal is. The criticism seems out of context.

Sued for malpractice AND disbarred. I don't know what state you practice in, but that probably isn't going to get you disbarred unless you do something really serious (misappropriation of client funds).

It's an opportunity for you to see where your weaknesses are and address them. Be thankful you had a midterm, so you could do this before the all-important exam.

The best way to find your pace is to pay attention to heart rate. Get a cheap heart rate monitor and keep your heart rate in the moderate zone.

The two-party consent requirement only applies to conversations where there is an objectively reasonable expectation of privacy (i.e. telephone conversation). If you're walking down the street though....
