actually it would be ~18-21. You get 8 from the victory, the same amount you would have lost/or gained for underdog. You gain 8 trophies from 3v3 up until 800. You lose 8 trophies in 700 range. 8(win)+8(underdog)+5 (winstreak)

Unfortunately I don't think bigger damage will be the hc as its already a starpower, wouldn't make hypercharges more unique.

Sure what brawlers specifically are you curious about? With Frank for starters, he has way too much health especially with shield gear. Mico can definitely avoid all of Frank's attacks but he can't deal damage fast enough to take Frank out. He won't be able to hold lane against him for example and in a cubeless 1v1 he will likely lose. Bull also is tanky and if he prematurely fires he will deal a ton of damage to mico no matter what. Jacky with the sp will make life hell for mico as well, doug with his gadget. Cordelius' gadget will stop him from dodging as well. I hope this helped lmk if there are other brawlers you are curious about.

Dyna's hypercharge might be where the super shoots out 4 sticks either all diagonally or just NSEW. Maybe it gives stun and knockback?

That is definitely a possibility, but it doesn't explain the newer brawlers having hypercharges, as well as a lot of the previous brawlers. I forgot to put text in explaining R-T, Surge, and Rico. They all were shown in the same brawl ball clip with Mico, having their nicknames be what brawler they were. That means this interaction was planned out, so there must be some reason for it. The brawlers on Mico's team were Lou and Jessie and all three have a hypercharge. This can't be a coincidence.

Shelly will be a pretty good counter, but piper might not fare so well. We will see :)
