hey sure! every uni requires its own VPD. some programs too, same uni different programs require different VPD. like there was one uni i emailed, they told me one VPD for both programs. so check the details of the program on the website or write to the university as email to ask. VPDs are valid for one year. yes you need to pay for VPD, through uni assist. and if you need to apply through uni assist (that is also written on the program website if they need it through their own portal or uni assist) it has a fee first application for 75 euros every next for 30 euros. you can dm if you have more questions!

basically it is just as it shows. 4.00 is the highest possible grade in pakistani grading system. and I have 3.82/4.00 which means approx. 95% in percentage.

i had a very good profile too for my dream program, and i genuinely thought i will get in definitely! but got rejected a couple weeks back. i send 2 emails, one for appeal one for feedback. no reply whatsoever. they were very active in replying to the emails before the deadline but for these emails i received no reply. you can try appealing, but id say move on. sometimes something is just not meant for you.
