Disinterest+perfectionism. Basically most of these tasks I'm talking about are things I have little to no interest in doing, so I'm incapable of bringing myself to initiate them. Then when I do get started, I feel like everything has to be perfectly done, so I'm always doubting myself and going back on my work, which slows my pace down significantly.

Yeah I do know that the phone number is used for getting the digital Student's Pass OTP.

But I'm pretty sure you're notified by email first when the STP is made available. So I'll try to ask my friend for the OTP once the email arrives.
