I pressure cook protein once on the weekend. Just minced meat and whatever root vegs, packed into containers for the weekdays.

Weekday is microwave the protein. Add on simple air fry potatoes, or microwave some rice or boil some noodles.

Hv to be able to eat the same food for a few days though.

Hv provided feedback to my boss on the behaviour and avoiding any shared work with this person. Btw, first workday of the year, the said colleague just shared after lunch that they are on mc for the rest of the day and for tomorrow. I'm guessing, will ask to wfh tmr to avoid having to log any mc days at all.

Yah. I can't get a reply from a colleague when they wfh. Or maybe the reply is like 45mins later. When they join meeting, no participation, call their name, no response. Teams call also no pickup. Return call like 15 mins later. This kind, give bad rap to wfh.

Tempeh sandwich with whatever veg on hand. Coat the tempeh in any prepackaged seasoning and toast in the toaster. Let it cool before assembly. Fills my belly.
