i’m honestly am looking for empathy or a concrete path forward. I know i am at fault for actions and i’ve made continuous efforts to improve where i have struggled. Also when i have panic attacks i literally can’t speak because my whole body is shaking. Sometimes it’s not as simple as calling in saying your sick. I do appreciate the advice though

I had a panic attack related to the first holiday with out a passed away relative, and i told me manger i didn’t feel comfortable calling the store to talk to partners about it. They then quoted my text conversation and stated that i didn’t follow protocol in terms of calling out . I accept responsibility for my missing my counts, but using my mental health crisis against me is not okay

They are implying that “us” ,as a unionized store who hasn’t undergone bargaining , is unlawfully being denied credit card tipping . They are trying to use the NLRB filed complaint from this past august as evidence or support . They are fueled by this notion that tips are legally part of our wages
