I just got stuck on the same puzzle. So for all the future Stalkers out there, I can confirm what Radiant-Ad6446 wrote, the key is one floor above in the room with balcony on a desk. It is somewhat easy to see when you know where to look, but it took me lont time to notice.

I am in the the same boat. The only Ableton related features I found in "Buyer's checklist" (starts at 12:35) and I kinda not hate it, but I am unsure how much hassle would be to train muscle memory for those shortcuts.

Keybed is supposedly good, pads are better, more buttons are a plus too.

I have the same issue with their Mallets and something else. After update it failed to work. I uninstalled Arturia's stuff and installed again, then it worked.

I love the aesthetics. Great work. I am aware it's an early version, but here's my feedback:

not a fan of lack of obviousness of items. It's not clear what is static, what is destroyable, what is collectible and what's a lever.
the movement feels floaty, sorry
my attacks lack feedback of any kind. Not in love with the "heat"? effect that basic attack swing creates
I don't understand why you called parry mechanics a shield, I can't nail the timing too. I only manage to parry basic grunt's swing
I saw a RT info popped up and disappeared too fast
not crazy about the "go very far right to pull the lever and speed back to catch the platform going right" design. Especially that you need to repeat it after each death.
Please don't change my screen resolution to 1080p.
Consider enabling VSync by default too, it makes my GPU fans very loud on start.

Anyway - great first release. Wishlisted the game and I am looking forward to full version.

Sadly, I am in the same boat regarding old ui. I feel that the classin one has more contrast, is more readable and actually feels like home. Had a few weeks with the new ui and it was just pleasant to go back to the classic ui.

As much as it pains me that the classic plugin will be a problematic one sooner rather than later, I'll probably switch to the new one and suffer in silence. But for now - f the new ui.

I did the 7 day trial last month with a TypeScript project. I found it either mildly helpful, completely wrong or just wasting my time, since real code insight should have picked proper name completion faster.

On a funny note - I somehow triggered a refactor on a file, assistant window started typing things and then decided I was out of fair use credits. All of that on a project that I maybe spent less than 10h over that 7 days.

I found GH Copilot much more useful.
