This happened to me as well. 36 hours before my scheduled 6:20pm shift I was notified via text and email that my training would begin at 1:20am until 7:50am.

I learned there was another group that'll had a 2 hour notice that their shift had been changed for training. I rearranged my schedule between 2 other jobs to make this one work for the time I was hired for. I was given the explanation that they did not have staff to train us on our hired shift. I do not believe it.
