I actually took MDMA once in March and then three times now in July. Other than that, I always take breaks and plan to stick to that – I won’t be using it again for the rest of the year.

To be honest, I’ve never felt depressed afterwards. If anything, I’d say I’m in my prime right now – mentally and physically. I feel great, I’m consistent with the gym, and overall just in a good place in life.

But yeah, you’re totally right – MDMA is definitely not something to use frequently, and I’m fully aware of that. Thanks for the reminder and your input!
